As a founder, my goal has always been to ensure that working Australians return home safely each and every day. Work should not negatively impact an individual’s quality of life, and it is our responsibility—as occupational health professionals and employers—to protect, safeguard, and improve health wherever possible.

My Occ Health Record (MOHR) was founded on the belief that occupational health data has the power to drive real change for both employers and employees. When aggregated, centralised, and managed correctly within a highly secure digital ecosystem, this information has the power to create real change. From an employee perspective, we want better health outcomes and increased utilisation of preventative health services.

From an employer perspective, we want better visibility over health spend, improved operational efficiencies and increase health velocity.
