Georgie oversees day‑to‑day operations at My Occ Health Record, ensuring teams, processes and delivery stay aligned as the platform grows. Having progressed from Product Manager to COO, she brings deep understanding of both the product and the operational engine behind it. As CTO, Russell is responsible for the technical architecture, security and engineering direction of My Occ Health Record. Her work focuses on user-centred design, prioritisation and delivery ensuring each release delivers meaningful, practical value within complex occupational health environments.

Amelia leads client solutions at My Occ Health Record, acting as the bridge between customers, product and implementation. With deep institutional knowledge built across multiple leadership roles at MOHR, Amelia brings a strong understanding of how clients use the platform in practice. In her current role, she ensures organisations are supported through onboarding, configuration and optimisation helping clients translate MOHR’s capabilities into real operational outcomes.
